For all the UNN applicant who are calling and asking for the cut-off marks for admission into their prospective departments, here is an overview of the previous years' cut-off marks for primary admission.
Candidates are to note that departmental cut-off marks are very dynamic. I mean, they vary (slightly though) every year.
This means that the cut-off marks used in the previous years may not exactly be the same cut-off marks that would be used this year.by now you would have noticed that there are some factors that determine the cut-off marks for a particular department in a given year.
Some of the factors includes:
(1.) Carrying capacity of the departments,
(2.) General performance of candidates in both UTME and post-UTME,
(3.) The number of applications received by each department that year.
More so, UNN departmental cut-off marks are usually based on a scale of "1 to 400" and you calculate your average as shown below:
(UTME SCORE + PUTME SCORE) ÷ 2 = YOUR SCORE
